Patterned after the great red wines of Bordeaux France, Knights red is a blend of 3 grapes. Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon it is perfectly blended with a small amount of Merlot and locally grown St. Croix. This is our steak/beef wine and is featured at many of our Vintner Dinners with raving reviews. Treat yourself to a juice Iowa Steak and a bottle of Knights Red for a classic meal.
