Our Vintner's Dinners are very popular. They are 4-5 course meals with each course paired with a White Cross Cellars wine. The evening begins at White Cross Cellars with a wine tasting and appetizers at 6pm and then continues at the Ox Yoke Inn for the remaining 4 courses.

First Course at White Cross Cellars
Assorted Appetizers with an open tasting of all 10 White Cross Cellars Wines
Second Course at the Ox Yoke Inn
From Chicago and its Polish Neighborhoods
Chilled Cucumber Soup
Paired with White Cross Cellars Fleur-de-lis
From St Louis and its Italian Neighborhood "the Hill"
Everyday Italian Tossed Salad with a Red Wine Vinaigrette
Paired with White Cross Cellars Mittler Kabinett
From Amarillo Texas a Lone Star State Classic
Country Fried Steak with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Paired with White Cross Cellars Monk's Red
From Los Angeles' Famous Brown Derby
Grapefruit Cake with Grapefruit Cream Cheese Frosting
Paired with White Cross Cellars Oktoberfest
The cost is usually about $55.00/person and includes everything but the tip for the servers.

2015 Food and Wine Pairing 101
June 6 (Special Rhubarb Day Class)
Learn the basics of pairing wines and food to make a great meal This tasting event will feature 7 White Cross Cellars wines paired with samples of different foods. You will learn how to select the best wine for each food.
The cost of this fun event is $10/person and includes a logo wine glass. Reservations are required. It is best to call White Cross Cellars in advance to reserve your spot as space is limited or you can spot by the day of the class and see if we have any openings.
We will start the pairings promptly at 6 pm
