Patterned after classic German Spatlese wines of the Mosel Valley in Germany. Spatlese (late harvest) wines are known for their pleasant sweetness and aroma. Our version utilizes the Geisenheim grape. As a sweet wine we recommend cheeses, in particular Gouda or Havarti along with sausages and charcuterie. A perfect selection for a refreshing wine on a sunny afternoon.
