Made in the tradition of white burgundy wines this dry white table wine is produced primarily from California Chardonnay grapes and blended with a small amount of locally grown La Crosse grapes. Lightly oaked and having a small amount of malolactic Fermentation the sharp acidity is rounded to make a wine that pairs perfectly with white meats, bolder fish, and soft cheeses.
